Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or GED
- Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Experience with cooking equipment and kitchen tools
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for food preparation
- Prepare food and serve customers a la carte and operate grill station
- Attend work and work scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
