Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
- Clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- Check quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak activity periods
