- experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen setting

Job Duties
- prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- assist in menu planning and food inventory management to ensure availability of ingredients
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas adhering to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service
- monitor food quality and presentation making adjustments as necessary to meet resident preferences
