Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock prep and line stations
  • Clean, disinfect, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food prep and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
