Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation preferred
- knowledge of safe food handling practices
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina required to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to Chili's recipes and quality standards

- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- support training and development of new kitchen staff
