Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to Chili's recipes and quality standards
- ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed
- assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- support training and development of new kitchen staff
- adapt to flexible schedules and perform other duties as assigned
