Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8- to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Duties

  • accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • check the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
  • substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
