Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states

Job Duties
- accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
