Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- clean, sanitize and organize kitchen area, equipment and utensils
- check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- prepare, season and cook food according to recipes, quantities and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils and equipment to ensure safe and sanitary food handling practices
- substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
