This role is an exciting opportunity to join Red Lobster as a Cook on a part-time employment basis. The Cook plays a critical role in ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen meets Red Lobster's high standards for quality and taste. Responsibilities include setting up and stocking prep and line stations, cleaning and organizing kitchen areas, checking ingredient quality, and preparing food according to recipes while maintaining portion control. The position demands attention to sanitary and food handling standards to guarantee guest safety and satisfaction. Additionally, the Cook will assist other kitchen team members during busy periods and maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

Job Duties
- Setting up and stocking prep and line stations
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils

- Prepping, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes, quantity calls, and specification while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspecting food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
- Substituting for or assisting other cooks and kitchen positions during peak business periods
