Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years culinary arts experience in a food service setting
  • Ability to work a mix of shift times including early mornings and evenings
  • Availability to work every other weekend and holiday
  • ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve meals for patients, visitors, and staff
  • Review menus and production sheets to plan cooking schedules
  • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent product quality
  • Ensure meals are ready at specified times
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory and requisition supplies as needed
  • Train and lead kitchen staff when required
