Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years culinary arts experience in a food service setting
- Ability to work a mix of shift times including early mornings and evenings
- Availability to work every other weekend and holiday
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals for patients, visitors, and staff
- Review menus and production sheets to plan cooking schedules
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent product quality
- Ensure meals are ready at specified times
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and requisition supplies as needed
- Train and lead kitchen staff when required
