Job Requirements
- Must be able to provide own tools
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Local health department sanitation certificate
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Job Qualifications
- Six months prior experience as a cook or cooks helper
- Previous working knowledge of point of sales system preferred
- Local health department sanitation certificate
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare and produce menu items to standards in a quick and efficient manner
- Prepare items such as salads, appetizers, sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, etc
- Prepare, cook, and season all food
- Perform fry cook, broiler, and Garde Manager duties
- Control food production including cooking methods, times, and temperature
- Adhere to kitchen maintenance and sanitation programs
- Maintain assigned station and equipment clean and sanitary
