- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation and food-handling procedures
- ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- prepare food according to federal state and corporate standards
- follow recipes and product directions for cooking seasoning tasting carving and serving various foods
- taste products read menus estimate food requirements check production and keep records for planning and requisitioning supplies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- perform physical tasks such as walking standing bending lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive motions
- attend work regularly and be punctual for scheduled shifts
