Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cook or in a related role preferred
- Availability to work part-time or full-time shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to Chili’s recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with team members to deliver orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support kitchen leadership with training and mentoring junior staff
- Monitor food portions and waste to optimize costs
