Job Duties
- prepare hot choice buffet products according to recipes and procedures
- grill all items to ensure quality
- ensure all fried products are fresh and hot
- restock items at the display cooking station if needed
- assist guests with carved meat options when required
- maintain correct temperature during cooking and serving
- use production guides for inventory management
- conduct opening and closing procedures
- maintain equipment properly
- restock and rotate food products using FIFO method
- take inventory and check with manager
- ensure cleanliness of hot cook area and smallwares
- perform duty roster to meet standards
- follow health department laws
- keep char grill clean for sanitation
- ensure products are always hot and fresh
- know and follow just-in-time delivery responsibilities
- maintain friendly and courteous guest interaction
- maintain professional communication
