Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of prior experience in food preparation and serving
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capacity to work full-time in a non-exempt position
- Willingness to comply with state licensing and regulatory certifications

Job Duties
- Provide assistance in the preparation of daily meals following menu instructions
- Prepare food for serving and replenish serving lines
- Review production schedule to determine food requirements and assemble supplies
- Operate, clean, and sanitize kitchen work area and equipment
- Store food and leftovers according to storage regulations
- Participate in preparation and serving of foods for special catered events
- Maintain a positive professional image and adhere to ethical standards
