Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Requires familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience

- Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food-handling procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards and guidelines
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving a variety of food items
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production and keep records to plan production and requisition supplies
- Stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
- Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions as required
- Attend work punctually and reliably
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
