Paid time off benefits are generous, with up to 25 days per year for eligible caregivers, along with a retirement savings plan featuring employer match and discretionary contributions. Additional support services include the Lyra Caregiver Assistance Program that provides counseling and coaching sessions, reflecting Providence's commitment to employee mental health and overall wellness.

Working as a Cook at Providence Portland Medical Center not only involves fulfilling culinary duties but also contributing to a larger mission of compassionate care and service.
