Job Requirements

  • No education required
  • Ability to stand for long shifts up to 10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen preferred
  • Strong knife skills and basic culinary knowledge
  • Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary ingredients and tools for service
  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables using woks, fryers, and grills according to established recipes
  • Ensure all food is cooked to appropriate temperatures and plated according to chef-driven specifications
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety, including cleaning workstations and following food storage guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and fellow cooks to ensure timely service during peak hours
