Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a bartender position within the restaurant industry
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, supervisors, and team members
- Customer sensitivity and a sense of timing to execute service excellence
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the primary language of the work location
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Service and team orientation with ability to work well in teams
