Job Description

The Brass Tap is a celebrated craft beer chain renowned for offering the best craft beer lineup anywhere, complemented by chef-inspired food that significantly elevates the standard bar fare. As a leader in the craft beer industry, The Brass Tap has built an impressive reputation not just through its distinctive beer offerings but through the dedication and passion of its team members. Our success story isn't just about our exceptional beers or innovative menu; it is fundamentally about the people who bring that special magic every day, creating an inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back repeatedly.

This establishment operates under a franchise model, independently owned and managed by local franchisees who closely oversee all aspects of operation including recruitment and employee management. This ensures that while guests experience the consistent quality and ambiance of The Brass Tap brand, each location retains a personalized touch reflecting the local community it serves.

We are currently looking to expand our kitchen team with individuals passionate about culinary excellence and teamwork to bring our menu items to life. The kitchen team members play a vital role behind the scenes — prepping, cooking, and plating dishes as per our recipe procedures to ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen reflects our commitment to food quality and customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for those who enjoy fast-paced environments and take pride in consistently preparing guest favorites with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.

Our available positions offer both full-time and part-time schedules, providing flexibility to suit different lifestyles and availability. Compensation for this role is competitive, starting at $21.00 per hour. Beyond just a job, working at The Brass Tap means joining a fun environment defined by a strong team culture. Our employees have opportunities for career growth, benefit from meal perks, paid training, and work inside a framework of stringent safety and sanitation standards. This role also demands adherence to these safety protocols as well as active participation in maintaining an organized and clean kitchen environment.

At The Brass Tap, every team member's contribution is valued and critical in maintaining the high standards we set for our food and beverage offerings. If you have the ability to competently operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens, and you thrive on following precise food safety and recipe procedures, this is an exciting opportunity for you. We require individuals who are prepared for physical tasks including continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds, and who can work effectively during weekend and holiday shifts when the bar is busiest.

Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic community where your work helps create memorable guest experiences that celebrate great craft beer and exceptional cuisine. We invite passionate, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to apply and grow with our franchise. Please note that all hiring decisions are made directly by the franchise management, so applications and inquiries should be directed accordingly. Becoming a part of The Brass Tap means more than just employment — it's about joining a community dedicated to excellence, camaraderie, and growth in the vibrant craft beer world.
