Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred especially in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items including wings, fries, sandwiches, and burgers according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and plated accurately
  • Keep prep and cooking areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning tasks as needed
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a sense of urgency during busy shifts without sacrificing quality
