Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred especially in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items including wings, fries, sandwiches, and burgers according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and plated accurately
- Keep prep and cooking areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and cleaning tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a sense of urgency during busy shifts without sacrificing quality
