Job Requirements
- Working in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner according to established company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Complete all prep work related to the menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Communicate with the Chef regarding specials for the day, special instructions, forecasts, and reservations
- Control food usage to minimize waste
- Prepare and cook orders in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes
- Advise supervisor of low inventory items
- assist in receiving items and taking inventory as required
- Complete daily cleaning and sanitize all areas of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters
- Ensure all foods are stored in proper containers and shelving order
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to the guest
- Assist by performing dish washing or other kitchen duties as needed
