Eligibility to serve in the United States Navy
United States citizenship or legal residency as required
meet age limits set by Navy policy
meet medical, vision, and dental standards
meet body composition and physical fitness requirements
meet character and conduct standards including background screening
achieve required test scores such as Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery
eligibility for required security clearance
team orientation
good communication and customer service skills
solid arithmetic and record keeping ability
interest in culinary arts, nutrition, and food safety
attention to detail
ability to follow recipes and sanitation procedures
ability to work safely in hot, fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
eligibility to serve in the United States Navy
strong communication and customer service skills
solid arithmetic and record keeping ability

attention to detail and ability to follow recipes, portioning, and sanitation procedures
ability to meet Navy enlistment standards
