Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or culinary role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of shift
- ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- willingness to work specified schedule (Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday)
- adherence to uniform and hygiene standards
- ability to follow parkhurst recipes and safety guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking method
- ensure quality and quantity of food throughout service period
- maintain proper line presentation with appropriate pans, garnishes, and utensils
- ensure food products are served at proper temperatures
- communicate with line servers and associates about food items
- complete daily production sheets
- properly store and date food items
- follow HACCP guidelines using leftovers
- adhere to cleaning schedules and clean as you go
- communicate needs to management
- maintain uniform dress code and personal hygiene
- adhere to Parkhurst Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- assist fellow team members
- perform other duties assigned by management
