Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving food
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records
- Maintain mobility by walking or other means
- Walk or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, push or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time
- Carry out other duties as assigned based on account needs
