As a full-time establishment focused on enhancing the quality of life for seniors, Dial prioritizes employee growth, learning, and a rewarding work experience. Their team members have the opportunity to serve and learn from some of the most knowledgeable seniors and professionals in the eldercare industry. The company culture is deeply rooted in compassion, commitment, and respect for every resident, seeking not only to extend years to residents' lives but to add life and happiness to those years. Dial fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace where each employee's contribution is valued and recognized, ensuring a fulfilling career path in eldercare.

The current role at Dial is a full-time Cook position with the purpose of preparing nutritious and appealing meals for residents, based on a weekly menu plan. The Cook will be responsible for preparing food daily, adapting recipes to meet the special dining needs of residents, especially focusing on low sodium options. This role is essential to maintaining the health and satisfaction of the community's residents by ensuring proper nutrition, attractive food presentation, and adherence to budgetary guidelines through portion control. The Cook will be expected to maintain a highly sanitary, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, manage food storage and labeling with strict infection control protocols, and coordinate serving food alongside the kitchen team. This position requires teamwork, effective communication with management regarding kitchen equipment issues, and a commitment to residents' wellbeing by reporting any concerns to the supervisory staff. An important aspect of this role is encouraging resident participation in the food service program to enhance their dining experience and social engagement. Additionally, the Cook must adhere to all confidentiality requirements concerning resident and organizational information.
