Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Prepares and produces menu items in various kitchen stations meeting all established kitchen standards and recipe specifications to provide high quality and well executed food for guests
- Communicates timing with other stations to ensure all items are ready at the same time for each order
- Cleans and organizes walk-in coolers food production areas equipment and general kitchen areas
- Properly and safely stores food and chemicals in accordance with Meritage HACCP OSHA and sanitation guidelines
- Organizes food production by assisting in hanging tickets for fellow cooks
- Completes all required training for the role
