Job Requirements
- Kitchen experience required preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
- Must possess or be able to obtain valid food or alcohol certification as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Ensure guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality food preparation and presentation with strict recipe adherence
- Prepare guest orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the success of the Heart of House through proper food preparation and maintaining stock levels
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas
- Adhere to all food safety practices
