Job Requirements

  • some high school education
  • acquisition of local/municipal food handler certification at applicant's own expense
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to adapt to dynamic environments
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • willingness to work in hot and noisy kitchen conditions

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of kitchen operations
  • experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • ability to follow company recipes and procedures

Job Duties

  • support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests
  • prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards
  • guide kitchen team and assist with their training
  • perform all Back of House responsibilities
  • maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
