As a Red Lobster Cook, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking prep and line stations to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service hours. You will maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment by regularly cleaning kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment. The role requires checking the quality and freshness of ingredients to uphold the restaurant's high standards. You will prepare, season, and cook food items precisely according to recipes and portion control systems. Maintaining food safety standards is critical, and you will inspect all food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to guarantee sanitary practices. During peak business times, you may also assist or substitute for other kitchen team members to maintain efficient operations.
