Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- good working knowledge of food preparation
- requires familiarity of kitchen equipment
- must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised

Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards
- follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving various food items
- estimate food requirements and keep production records
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- lift and move food supplies and equipment as needed
- attend work punctually and reliably
