Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth and peripheral
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to follow recipes and prepare food items accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the preparation of food items
  • Maintain equipment and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Work as a team to achieve standards in food preparation and delivery
  • Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe standards
  • Restock kitchen and cook line as needed
  • Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
