As a full-time position located at the HOPS-68444001 site, the Cook will work primarily morning shifts on weekdays, with wages ranging from $20.80 to $21.80 per hour. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about reducing food waste, team collaboration, and customer service excellence. In this capacity, you will be responsible for preparing large quantities of food using various cooking methods, including roasting, boiling, steaming, frying, and seasoning meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables. The Cook will also create gravies, soups, sauces, casseroles, fricassees, and stews, ensuring that each dish is both nutritious and appealing. Job Duties

  • Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
  • Season and cook all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
  • Boil, steam, or fry vegetables
  • Make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
