Currently, Red Lobster is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join their team as Cooks. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that guests have come to expect. As a Cook at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking seafood and other menu items with precision according to recipes and portion control systems. The position involves setting up and stocking prep and line stations, ensuring the kitchen remains clean, sanitized, and organized at all times. You will also inspect food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to guarantee compliance with safe and sanitary food-handling practices. The ability to work efficiently during peak business periods and assist other kitchen positions when needed is essential. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying

  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift

  • Inspecting food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
  • Substituting for or assisting other cooks and kitchen positions during peak business periods
