Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 1-year kitchen or restaurant cooking experience
- pass background check
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs to waist level
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to maintain safe and sanitary working conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food items in main kitchen areas
- fulfill service according to Banquet Event Orders
- coordinate with concessions workers, cashiers, and runners on inventory levels
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment
- assist with annual kitchen equipment maintenance
- design creative buffet food presentations
- follow safe and sanitary working procedures
