At Panda, the people are considered the recipe for success, and the company continually strives to inspire its team members to better their lives both personally and professionally. The core philosophy revolves around a passion for food, exemplary service, and creating a vibrant ambiance, all of which contribute to making Panda restaurants the heart and soul of the company.

Now hiring for the position of Panda Cook, this role is critical to the success of the kitchen team. This position provides opportunities for skill development through hands-on paid training and the potential for upward mobility into management positions. The cook position at Panda requires someone who thrives in a dynamic workplace, able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. Working in the kitchen involves preparing hot and cold foods, utilizing kitchen equipment safely such as the Chinese cook knife, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $24.5 to $27.5 per hour, depending on location and experience, with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Panda is fully committed to equal opportunity employment and actively promotes diversity and inclusion. They provide accommodations to qualified individuals and support an ADA-compliant workplace. This ensures all team members have the resources they need to succeed and grow professionally. Becoming a Panda Cook means joining a family-oriented organization that values passion, dedication, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community.
