Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment operation and food-handling procedures preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good working knowledge of food preparation
- Familiarity with food-handling procedures
- Ability to read and follow recipes unsupervised
Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with federal, state and corporate standards
- Follow recipes and product directions for preparing soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food items
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements and keep records of production
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Walk or stand for extended periods throughout shifts
- Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions
- Attend work punctually with regularity
- Execute other duties as assigned based on business needs
