Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of culinary experience or currently enrolled in a culinary program
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to perform repetitive tasks
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • ability to relocate to St. Louis, MO
  • willingness to work the specified evening shifts

  • oversee staffing levels and departmental training

  • provide direction in the absence of the hourly Sous Chef
  • maintain communication with kitchen staff and guest services
  • enforce culinary cost control measures
  • perform repetitive kitchen duties efficiently
