The role we are offering is that of a Cook, a pivotal position responsible for preparing food items according to established recipes and standards. As a Cook, you will play an essential part in ensuring our cuisine's quality and consistency. Your duties will range from preparing appetizers, salads, and cold dishes to baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming a variety of food items, including meats, fish, and vegetables. Additionally, you will handle the preparation of baked goods such as breads and rolls. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in food portioning, arrangement, and garnishing, ensuring that every dish delivered to the guests meets our high standards.

Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment is a critical aspect of this role. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work areas, such as cutting boards and countertops, and ensuring the proper storage of food items to comply with health regulations. Your work will contribute directly to guest satisfaction, and you will be encouraged to actively engage with feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The position offers a clear growth path starting from Lead Cook to Sous Chef, then Executive Chef, and eventually Food and Beverage Director, providing ample opportunities for career development within our organization.
