The company values its people as the recipe for success, embracing family values and emphasizing a culture where team members are inspired to better their lives. The restaurants serve as both the heart and soul of the company, creating vibrant and welcoming environments for guests to enjoy high-quality food and service.

The Cook role at Panda Cook is an essential leadership position within the kitchen team. Cooks are the heart of the kitchen, responsible for preparing dishes with passion and ensuring service is delivered with pride. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The cook will work closely with the kitchen team, supporting them through training and development, while maintaining the standards and quality of every dish prepared according to company recipes. As a core member of the team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming ambiance that complements the dining experience for guests.

As a Panda Cook, your responsibilities cover a wide range of back-of-house duties, including managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and supporting other team members. This position demands a commitment to quality and consistency, as well as a passion for food safety and customer satisfaction. Cooks must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and working in a hot, fast-moving environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are critical to success in this role.

The employment provided is supported by flexible schedules and competitive pay, which reflect the importance the company places on work-life balance and rewarding its associates for their dedication. Full-time employees are eligible for extensive benefits including medical, vision, and dental coverage, voluntary short-term disability, cancer income protection insurance, and health and dependent care flexible spending accounts. Moreover, Panda Cook associates have access to a 401K plan with company match, paid vacation and sick leave, bereavement leave, associate discounts, referral bonuses, ongoing training, and development programs designed to foster career advancement and leadership opportunities.
