Job Duties
- Regular and on-site physical attendance
- Maintain and abide by state sanitation and health regulations and proper food preparation and handling techniques
- Maintain complete knowledge and proper use of kitchen equipment
- Comply with all departmental and restaurant policies
- Set up work stations with required tools and supplies
- Check production schedules and stock levels before, during, and after shifts
- Prepare food according to established recipes, portions and presentation standards
- Inspect cleanliness and working condition of kitchen tools and equipment
- Store food properly and safely with appropriate labeling
- Conduct food temperature checks before shifts
- Transport supplies and stock designated areas
