Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends
- Must be able to perform consistent physical activity including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet set standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas
- Operate the POS system accurately
- Ensure food portions are correctly measured to minimize waste and control costs
- Follow safety standards and promptly address any hazards
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational needs and guest expectations
