Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line
  • Weekend availability required
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • Must be able to perform consistent physical activity including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Employment may require background check

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet set standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas
  • Operate the POS system accurately
  • Ensure food portions are correctly measured to minimize waste and control costs
  • Follow safety standards and promptly address any hazards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational needs and guest expectations
