Job Requirements

some high school education
preferably some operations experience
meet local or municipal food safety requirements including food handler certification
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knife
effective verbal communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
adaptability to changing priorities
ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
