Job Requirements
- some high school education
- preferably some operations experience
- meet local or municipal food safety requirements including food handler certification
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knife
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- adaptability to changing priorities
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
