With nearly 2,800 locations worldwide, Panda Restaurant Group is known for delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences and fostering a workplace culture centered on family values and community impact. The company's restaurants serve as the heart and soul of its operations, driven by a passionate team dedicated to excellence in food preparation, customer service, and hospitality. Committed to creating growth opportunities for its employees, Panda Restaurant Group invests in career and leadership development, offering a supportive and dynamic environment that encourages personal and professional advancement.

You will be responsible not only for food preparation but also for supporting a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.

In addition to preparing menu items with care and precision, Panda Cooks act as leaders and mentors within the kitchen. You will guide and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and operational efficiency. Your role will encompass all back-of-house responsibilities, requiring adaptability, speed, and accuracy under pressure to maintain a smooth kitchen workflow. Working at Panda offers more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be part of a respected food service organization that values its people as instrumental to its ongoing success.

The company values flexibility and offers schedules that accommodate various needs, alongside competitive pay. Full-time associates have access to comprehensive benefits that include medical, vision, dental, and voluntary insurance options, as well as 401K plans with company matching. Employees enjoy additional perks such as free meals during shifts, associate discounts, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement into management roles. Panda Restaurant Group is committed to equality and inclusion, providing a supportive work environment that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accommodates employees with disabilities.

Working conditions require standing for extended periods and handling hot and cold foods in a sometimes confined and noisy environment. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and using kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
