Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- understanding of food safety standards
- no driving required
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- ability to use internet and applications such as Internet Explorer and MS Word
- basic cooking skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipe standards
- assist cashiers and packline operators
- ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- maintain times on chicken and sides
- keep cabinets stocked with fresh product
- discard food waste properly
- follow company standards and procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
- maintain a clean working environment inside and outside the store
- wash dishes during slow periods
- heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
