Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepare and season a wide variety of food items in appropriate quantities
- follow menus, recipes and production sheets
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- communicate with other production staff regarding menus, recipes and portion sizes
- provide training and guidance to other employees
- adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines, policies and procedures
- utilize proper equipment to produce standard recipes
