Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • no texting customers during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food preparation or fast-food cooking is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • prepare world-famous chicken and other menu items according to KFC standards
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and cooking areas
  • follow food safety and hygiene protocols
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • work collaboratively with team members to meet customer service goals
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
