The position offers a starting pay range between $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay available so employees can access their earnings faster. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate diverse lifestyles.

As a Restaurant Team Member at Good Times Burgers, you will be at the heart of the guest experience by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every visit is memorable and fun. You will gain valuable skills in point-of-sale (POS) systems, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant. The role is dynamic and multi-faceted; team members may serve in various capacities including crew member, cashier, cook, line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, server, host, drive-thru operator, customer service agent, supervisor, or team trainer.
