The role of a Cook at Panda Restaurant Group places you at the heart of the kitchen operation. As a Panda Cook associate, you are not only responsible for preparing food with passion and precision but also for creating a service environment that is warm and inviting. In this role, you will support the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests by preparing dishes according to company recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will guide kitchen team members and assist with their training, helping to build a cohesive and efficient kitchen staff. Your responsibilities will include performing all back-of-house duties, maintaining cleanliness, organizing inventory, and contributing to smooth kitchen operations. The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed with accuracy, is essential.

Panda offers flexible schedules and great pay between $20 and $23 per hour, with pay determined by factors including location and experience.
