- some high school education
- food handler certification as required by local or municipal law, acquired at own expense
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- ability to adapt to dynamic and changing priorities
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
