Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
  • capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
  • strong attention to detail
  • good team communication skills

Job Duties

  • set up your station before service
  • participate in food preparation and plating
  • follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • explore creativity in food presentation when appropriate
